Our Brake Rods fit into the chassis front cross-member on rubber bushes and helps locate the lower arm under hard braking. It is a very critical component as the whole braking mechanism depends upon the quality. The material used in housing is first matched and then machined by using CNCs, Auto Cycle lathes, SPMs Thread Rolling & Microprocessor Controlled Grinders depending upon job requirement. It is made from Iron Grade 1010.
